How it works

From kickoff to full production

The process is simple on purpose. Set the standards once, prove them on a pilot batch, then scale. Here is what each step looks like.

  1. PHASE 01

    Kickoff and standards

Before we touch a pole, we sit down with your team. We go through the utility specs, your design conventions, your templates and your QC checklist. If you have a few jobs you consider finished and correct, we study those too.

We write it all into a project guide that every designer on your work follows. When something is unclear, we ask rather than guess.

    • Utility and owner specs
    • Your templates and naming
    • Reference jobs
    • Points of contact on both sides
  2. PHASE 02

    Production in batches

We start with a small pilot batch so you can check our output against your expectations. Once you are happy with it, we move to regular batches sized to your pipeline.

You always know where things stand. We share a simple tracker with what is in progress, what is in QC and what is delivered.

    • Pilot batch first
    • Batch size agreed with you
    • Shared progress tracker
    • Questions raised early, not at delivery
  3. PHASE 03

    Two stage QC

Stage one is the designer checking their own work against your checklist. Stage two is a separate reviewer going through every pole in the batch.

Anything that fails goes back for correction and gets logged. The log tells us where to focus training so the same mistake does not keep showing up.

    • Designer self check
    • Independent reviewer check
    • Error log per batch
    • Corrections before delivery
  4. PHASE 04

    Delivery and revisions

Finished work goes into your system or your client’s platform in the format you asked for. Your engineer reviews it and sends comments back to us.

We turn revisions around quickly and treat each comment as feedback on the process, not just the file.

    • Delivered in your format
    • Under your name and branding
    • Revisions handled promptly
    • Utility comments addressed
  5. PHASE 05

    Scale up

Once the standards are set and the first batches are clean, adding volume is straightforward. We bring more designers onto your work, trained on the same project guide.

When your pipeline slows down, we scale back with it. You are not carrying idle headcount between projects.

    • More designers on the same guide
    • Capacity that follows your pipeline
    • Same QC at higher volume
